The Interview

Originally, I was going to write another story that takes place a few years after the origin myth, but instead decided create an interview with a style that is meant to emulate RadioLab with elements from Sample 1, Sample 2, Harmony, and my own life. There are things that I agree with and things that I don't. Overall, I think the injections of these various elements really let me play with the different pieces in this work and how I wanted to cultivate it.

I decided to split the interview into two parts: an intro and the questions. This was primarily because I decided to write the intro first, and the realized the RadioLab style made it hard for me to do proper commentary without more of an established discussion. The interview transcript is meant to set the initial tone of the interview, and if it was fully written out it would integrate more of the responses from the questions and have more commentary from the hosts, along with more sound effects commentary.
